Children’s Museum of Phoenix features new program similar to ice skating for winter months
Phoenix, Ariz.—The first-of-its-kind Sock Skating exhibit is coming to the Children’s Museum of Phoenix this winter. Sock Skating includes a full-size rink with slick plastic floor, similar to ice, where kids can take off their shoes and skate along the slippery surface in their socks. This brand new pop-up program provides local kids with the opportunity to experience a winter activity (ice skating) that many have not had the chance to participate in before.
