Pet of the Week: Blondie

ANTHEM – Meet Blondie! She needs a foster or an adopter!!

Blondie is a cattle dog mix that is about 60-pounds with short white fur and tan spots. She is about 4-years-old and was found as a stray in Anthem.

She knows how to sit but is not leash trained and will need some guidance with that.

Blondie likes affection and will sit with you and snuggle on your lap. She is very active and loves to play.

She needs to be the only pet in the house and with older children.

She can really jump too! Her favorite place to lay down is on the back of the couch. She bounces up there like a cat and perches, usually with a paw on your shoulder.

Very well house trained. She has separation anxiety and does best when on a daily routine of puppy CBD oil. This may go away once she is content in her forever home. But for now she is receiving training to help her cope with her anxiety.

She would be a great fit in an active family who has time to leash train her to go on long walks and hikes.

If you would like to meet Blondie, fill out a matchmaker form at anthempets.org. Or follow this link: http://form.jotform.us/form/41678085988172.
