Anthem Area Chamber Foundation distributed funds from its 2018 fundraising events

ANTHEM – The Anthem Area Chamber Foundation (AACF) delivered checks to the local charities it raised money for through fundraising events it organized and facilitated during 2018.

The AACF is a public charity, established in 2016 to promote education and training programs and networking events for area youth and professionals with the goal of enhancing the future of economic growth in the Anthem area. The foundation also supports the work of the Anthem Area Chamber of Commerce.

Anthem Young Professionals raised close to $5,000 from the Charity Picnic cornhole tournament this year. Proceeds were distributed to Daisy Mountain Veterans to help support a local veteran family in need and Youth for Troops to support their military care packages.

The Military Ball raised over $2100 toward the costs of the Memorial Day Ceremony at the Anthem Veteran’s Memorial.
