Join PIE at the seventh annual Community Spelling Bee at 6 p.m. on Thursday, November 1, at the Cactus Shadows Fine Arts Center to support this worthy event. The competition and costumes make the event a mini-party!

The bee is a fun-filled event for adults (7th Grade and up) from all corners of Cave Creek, Carefree, North Scottsdale, North Phoenix, and other Valley cities.

  • Three-member teams, so no one “solo” spells.
  • Great competition between local businesses.
  • Prizes for teams who win each round (five to six rounds).
  • Championship Round team winners each receive a $50 gift certificate to Harold’s (PIE appreciates their support!).
  • The Buzz Shilling Trophy goes to the winning team!
  • Prize for the “Most Creatively Dressed Team.”
  • Prize for the team with the “Best Name.”
  • Date and time: Thursday, November 1, 2018: 4:30 p.m. participants/6 p.m. spectators.
