NORTH VALLEY – From August 9-13 Giordano’s will deliver 68 free Chicago deep-dish pizzas to local businesses in anticipation of its 68th restaurant opening in northeast Phoenix this September.
Local workers can win a catered lunch that includes stuffed deep-dish pizza, pasta and salad for up to 20 people by nominating their business.
Nominations are open to businesses within the restaurant’s future delivery area, which extends from Cave Creek Road on the west to Loop 101 on the east, and from Loop 101 on the north to Indian Bend Road on the south.
“Gioradno’s is a one-of-a-kind pizza experience with great lunch and happy hour specials, and an expanded catering menu that’s ideal for meetings, events and celebrations,” a press release stated from the company last week.
To nominate your business you must send an email to Giordanos@dualitypr.com with your name, daytime phone number, office address, number of people on your work team, the best day of the week for your delivery and the reason why your office team deserves the free catered lunch compliments of Giordano’s.
Giordano’s 68th restaurant will be located near Tatum Boulevard and Cactus Road, with its official grand opening sometime in September. Besides pizza the restaurant also offers pastas, sandwiches, appetizers, salads and gluten-free options.
“The restaurant team aims to make itself the area’s go-to location for catering, weekday lunches and happy hour visits,” the press release stated.
Based in Chicago, Giordano’s has been serving its world-famous stuffed deep-dish pizza since 1974, when founders and immigrant brothers Efren and Joseph Boglio introduced their mother’s stuffed pizza recipe to Chicago. It operates restaurants across the Midwest, Arizona, Colorado, Florida and Nevada. For more information visit giordanos.com.
