Multiple injuries caused by Oct. 31 car crash in north Phoenix

PHOENIX – Multiple people were injured in a car crash near Dixileta Dr. and North Valley Pkwy. on Halloween night.

A child was airlifted to the hospital after the crash, and several other occupants of the vehicle were transported by ambulance. No further updates on the condition of the vehicle occupants has been released by investigators.

Sgt. Jonathan Howard of the Phoenix Police Department said via email on Nov. 6 that there were 10 people reported to be in the car.

“At this point, it appears only the driver was belted,” Howard said.

The investigation into the crash is continuing, and no further details have yet been released.
