Photography class at Butterfly Wonderland
SCOTTSDALE – Guests are invited to Butterfly Wonderland on Saturday, Aug. 15, 8:30-11 a.m., for a cell phone photography class taught by photographer Paul Valach.
Valach will teach students how to take better pictures with their cell phone cameras as well as offer tips for the best settings to use as well as new apps for iPhone users to enhance butterfly photographs. Guests will end their class photographing in the conservatory.
Instructor Paul Valach is a photographer, educator and social media guru. He has been photographing for the past 40 years. He shoots with a Nikon D200 but also uses his iPhone 5s for quick shots and movies. He will give secrets to new apps that are out there for iPhone users. Guests must bring their cell phones to participate and all cell phones must have at least 700mb of space for taking photos.
The class cost is $15 for Founders and Annual Pass Holders and $20 for the public. Pre-registration is required; class size is limited to 20.
