Photo enforcement reign included 1.1 million violations
On July 15 the statewide highway photo enforcement program came to an end. During its two-year run, which started in Sept. 2008, 1,105,935 Notice of Violations/Citations, triggered by vehicles going 11 mph or more over the speed limit, were mailed.
