‘White Cane’ Parade set for April 1

BLACK CANYON CITY – The 32nd Annual ‘White Cane’ Parade will be held on Saturday, April 1, beginning at 10 a.m. The parade will be presented by Black Canyon Bicentennial Lions Club.

The Lions Club is a non-profit organization that provides glasses, hearing aids, and eye surgeries for individuals who can't afford them. This fun community event is a good fundraiser for a worthy cause. This year's parade theme is all about superheroes who are admired, which should prove to include an interesting mix of interpretations.

The parade will be held on Old Black Canyon Highway in downtown Black Canyon City.
