Parkside Community Manager leaves, interim manager announced
ANTHEM – Longtime Parkside Community Manager Annette McCarthy will no longer be working in the Anthem community. McCarthy served as Community Manager and Compliance Officer of Parkside for 12 years. She is still working for Associated Asset Management but will no longer serve Anthem.
Mary Beth Zahn will be assuming the role of Interim Community Manager for Anthem Parkside Community Association, where she has served as Administrative Assistant for over five years. A permanent Community Manager will be selected in about six months, after the new Board of Directors is elected.
"We are very excited and fortunate to be able to offer Mary Beth this opportunity," said Loren Linscott, President of the Parkside Board of Directors.
Mary Beth holds an Associate of Arts in Business and a Certified Arizona Association Support Person (CAASP) certification. She has been an Anthem resident for seven years, where she lives with her husband and son.
"Resident satisfaction is of the utmost importance to the Parkside Board of Directors and we are confident Mary Beth will strive to exceed our expectations," stated Bettye Ruff, Vice President of the Parkside Board of Directors.
"The Parkside Board of Directors thanks Annette for her twelve years of service to Parkside as Compliance Manager then Community Manager, and wish her success with her future endeavors," said Linscott.
A permanent Community Manager will be chosen during the interim period. See updates on this at www.onlineatanthem.com.
